Most jewelry is handmade and ready to ship within 5 to 10 business days. We will work hard to get orders made sooner. During high volume times, additional processing days may be required since pieces are handmade by, Yvonne. If product is in stock it will be processed and shipped 1 to 2 days from order date.

To determine your bracelet size:
Wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist. Make sure that you wrap the string/measuring tape around your wrist bone so that it makes contact with your skin all the way around. Measure tightly and order 1/4 inch larger. Bracelets are STRETCHY.

For best wear on your bracelets please roll on and off your wrist.
The 14k gold filled beads are tarnish resistant but plastic coloring on the letter beads are subject to fading. Expose to liquids at own discretion.
Please avoid exposing your Jewelry to perfumes & other harsh chemicals; it may cause a reaction to the metals.
We recommend removing your Jewelry pieces before activities that tend to come into contact with chemicals, like swimming, cleaning, gardening, and exercising, to name a few.
